The Department of the Navy Sexual Assault, Sexual Harassment and Suicide Prevention & Response Office (DON SAPRO) and Howard University invite you to this virtual dialogue on creating healthy climates and developing proactive leaders to recognize and address harmful behaviors. 

National experts will share key lessons learned on the role of leadership in changing culture and how we assess programmatic impact and progress. Participants will have the opportunity to join these interactive discussions, build partnerships, and learn the foundational knowledge and skills to create safer environments where all community members can thrive.
