A timeless tradition, Springfest is an annual student-led celebration of Howard culture. Organized by the Undergraduate Student Assembly (UGSA) and this year’s coordinators Khari Davis and Rachel Harris, many students across academic disciplines and interests volunteered their time and talents under the leadership of to ensure its success. On April 19, this year’s Springfest took place in Burr Gymnasium and welcomed  over 1,000 Howard students, who were among the few lucky enough to score a ticket for the surprise artists; rappers Gunna and Flo Milli.

Springfest coincides with a time in the semester when stress and burnout are at an all time high. Despite this, the excitement of Springfest still found a way to burst through the business for those  present. Capturing moments of joy, community, and performance through photography serves as a digital time capsule, a way to remember Springfest 2024.

Through our lenses as current students, Springfest performers, and artists, we curated a photo gallery to provide an insider’s look for anyone who might’ve missed Springfest as a way to celebrate the Bison whose genius, commitment to service, style and familial vibes make the Howard experience unique.
