Operational Status for April 3 (Mental Health Day) : Closed

Operational Status: CLOSED

In observance of Mental Health Day, the University’s operational status for Friday, April 3, 2026, is CLOSED. Regular campus operations will resume on Monday, April 6, 2026. All University offices and services will be closed in support of this day.

Operational Details for Friday, April 3

 Essential Employees: Essential employees must report to campus.

  • Building Access: Some campus buildings will be secured and locked.

    Essential employees needing help accessing buildings should contact the Department of Public Safety (DPS) at (202) 806-1100. Physical Facilities Management will be available for urgent matters at (202)-806-1000.

  • Researchers will continue to have access to research facilities.

Instruction:  

  • All in-person classes: No Classes 
  •  Remote classes: No Classes 

*Note that students and employees in the College of Medicine, the College of Dentistry, and clinics should follow the policy set by their department.
