Dear Howard University Community,

This serves as a reminder of the current University policy regarding participation in graduation exercises. Students will be eligible to participate in Commencement Convocation and recognition ceremonies only if they have successfully completed all academic degree requirements and fulfilled all financial obligations to the University for graduation. 

There are no exceptions to this policy, please contact the respective Office of the Dean for any additional information.
