Jose Cadiz currently serving as the Assistant Director of Campus Life overseeing the Office of Intercultural Affairs at Howard University. In this role, Cadiz has the primary responsibility of identifying the needs and progress of diverse students through formal and informal assessment techniques, creating inclusive student-focused programming to ensure the success of students, and creating spaces where students feel welcomed, safe, supported, and valued.

Working with LGBTQ+, International students and Graduate students, Cadiz integrates and assesses inclusion efforts across campus, implements cultural competency inclusion programs, and manages community outreach efforts. Cadiz provides us with insight on the new LGBTQ+ Resource Center.
