Howard University Promotes Roxanne Caesar to Assistant Vice President of Corporate Relations

WASHINGTON - Howard University is pleased to announce the promotion of Roxanne Caesar to the position of Assistant Vice President of Corporate Relations. 

In her new role, Caesar will play a crucial leadership role in advancing transformational corporate and community partnerships with the University. She will be responsible for building and supporting innovative corporate relations efforts, targeting new partnerships that promote the University's academic priorities and programs. Additionally, Caesar will ensure the strategic creation and maintenance of University-community programs that foster campus-wide participation and support. 

With over ten years of progressive experience in corporate relations within higher education and the not-for-profit sector, Caesar brings a wealth of experience to her new position. She has served as the University’s Director of Corporate Relations for over three years, making significant contributions to the development of the corporate engagement strategy, growth of collaboration with University stakeholders, and the creation of key partnerships aligned with the University's priorities. 

Before joining Howard University, Caesar served as a Senior Program Manager on the Member Services team at the Executive Leadership Council (ELC). During her tenure at the ELC, she led various programs and events designed to support Black C-suite executives and the next generation of global Black leaders. Her efforts resulted in remarkable growth in the ELC's philanthropic endeavors, including a drastic increase in scholarship recipients.
