WASHINGTON –This Saturday, Oct.10, will commence the Howard University Homecoming season with a virtual Homecoming Day of Service. This event will be hosted online from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and is coordinated by the Office of the Dean of the Chapel in partnership with the Office of Student Affairs and aims to unite the entire Howard University community through community-focused service.

  

Howard’s homecoming theme, “Advocacy!” captures the essence of our institution and speaks to Howard’s long-standing legacy of developing the faith, service, and social justice leaders who change the world, even in the virtual space. The service day will focus on voter engagement and registration, led by a conversation around the importance of the upcoming election and student voters.
