Biography
Isaac Okewole is a Chemical Engineering student from Lansdowne, Pennsylvania. His aspirations in research and development lead Isaac to a career in Climate Science and Renewable Energy. Specifically, he’d like to be a lab owner, overseeing and participating in basic research to improve technologies like carbon capture and innovating within the realm of sustainable energy. Isaac’s strategy involves gaining the requisite knowledge through summer internships doing research, joining a lab postgraduate school, and from there getting a donor to bring his lab dreams to life. Isaac originally chose Howard because of diversity of ideas, cultures, and types of intelligence present at Howard. Isaac’s desire to study STEM are his efforts to improve society’s sustainability and morality.
