Biography

Charis Haynes is a biology and political science double major with a minor in chemistry from Covington, Georgia. She is passionate about helping others to recognize and walk in their potential. This passion drives her involvement in various community service and extracurricular activities. Charis has a goal to ultimately improve healthcare access and quality in low-income communities, and she would like to work for a government public health agency in the future. Her research interests are in health policy development and community health. Above all, Charis hopes that her life will be full of using her gifts, talents, and training to serve and improve the lives of those around her.
