Jazmine Harry, an aspiring biologist, is deeply engaged in environmental science focusing on conservation biology and quantitative data analysis. Harry's journey in academia is fueled by her passion for integrating environmental solutions with social justice, a perspective she cultivated through her Biology, Chemistry and Afro-American Studies. Looking ahead, Jazmine is poised to impact environmental science significantly. She plans to achieve a doctoral degree in environmental ecology. Her vision is to blend her research with practical insights that advance sustainability and social justice. She is driven by a desire to contribute to a better understanding of the intricate relationship between people and the planet. Beyond the lab, Harry is equally committed to community service, leading youth gardening education and supporting sustainability initiatives at Howard University. Her involvement with the local soup kitchen further exemplifies her dedication to service.
