Meet the Members of the Audit and Compliance Team

Clark is a nationally recognized authority in higher education risk management, compliance and internal audit with over 30 years of industry experience. He joined Howard in July 2020 and has been leading the internal audit and compliance team to implement best practices to help move Howard forward.

Combs joined the Audit and Compliance team back in mid‐August. Prior to that, Combs spent the past 15 years at Georgia Tech in the Auditing Department. She strives to find an optimal balance between regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Sun looks forward to working alongside everyone to help moving Howard forward.

Ilori joined the team in November 2019. Ilori was previously at Maxim Healthcare Service, where she started as a reimbursement specialist and worked her way up to the compliance department.
