COVID-19 Update: Health Insurance Resource for Students

Dear Howard University Students,

As Howard University continues to closely monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, our main priority remains the safety and well-being of our students. During this concerning time, we wanted to remind you that included in your student fees, you have health insurance as another resource through the University and United Healthcare Student Resources (UHCSR).

As a part of this resource, testing for the coronavirus is covered at no cost to you.  Treatment is payable under the policy benefits and students have access to the national UHC Choice Plus network, meaning you are covered whether at the University or at home.

Go to www.UHCSR.com to login to your account, get an online account, or get your ID and account information.  Students may contact the Howard University dedicated customer service department at 800-793-0251 or email customerservice@uhcsr.com if you need help accessing your online account.
